Prior Experience

A graduate of the University of Virginia and William & Mary School of Law, Skyler graduated law school magna cum laude, was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and served as Lead Articles Editor for the William & Mary Law Review.

Skyler has practiced at Hogan Lovells and Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C. where he handled sophisticated commercial disputes and white-collar defense matters for global clients before moving to a boutique litigation firm in Virginia to focus on more agile, trial-heavy advocacy.

As a seasoned trial attorney, Skyler has managed all phases of litigation, from strategic discovery to final verdict. Skyler's courtroom experience is complemented by a robust appellate practice, having successfully briefed and argued multiple cases in appellate courts.
