William C. Edmonds is Chief of Staff at the Law Offices of Thiru Vignarajah, where he manages an eight-person team supporting the firm's public interest legal practice. With a background spanning military intelligence, policy research, and technology, Will brings analytical rigor and operational discipline to the firm's mission of assisting victims of crime, corruption, and exploitation with no means to pursue justice and nowhere else to turn.

Prior Experience

Will graduated with University Honors from Johns Hopkins University with a double major in Economics and Political Science. At Hopkins, he served as Vice-President of the Public Policy Consulting Group and as News & Features Editor of the JH News-Letter. He was awarded the Aitchison Public Service Fellowship and went on to receive a Fulbright Schuman Fellowship to the European Union, during which he conducted comparative research in Hungary and Poland on the economic, social, and legal factors driving democratic decline in Central and Eastern Europe. He was appointed a Visiting Scholar at Central European University and delivered presentations to over 250 students across the region, including teaching English to Ukrainian refugees. Will also serves as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, where he leads intelligence operations in support of airborne and expeditionary forces.

Entrepreneurship & Community

Will is the Founder and CEO of QNDARY, a venture that modernizes enterprise systems and processes through AI and automation. QNDARY has launched customer portals that use AI to challenge unjust property tax assessments and erroneous utility bills on behalf of residents who cannot afford traditional legal representation — work that reflects the same commitment to accessible justice that drives the firm. The venture also developed an automation protocol for the second-largest PPP lender in the United States, facilitating forgiveness for over 100,000 eligible loans. Will also currently serves as a North Carolina Board Member of the Fulbright Association.
